These terms govern your use of the VR Digital website and any services you engage us for. By using the site or signing a proposal, you agree to these terms.

Services

VR Digital provides digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO, local SEO, social media marketing, graphic design and website development services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement are defined in a signed proposal or statement of work.

Fees & payment

• Retainer fees are billed monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise.
• Project fees are billed per milestones defined in the proposal.
• Invoices are due within 7 days of the invoice date.
• Media spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) is billed to the client directly or reimbursed at cost.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to accounts, assets, feedback and approvals required to deliver the services. Delays from your side may impact timelines.

Intellectual property

On full payment, the deliverables produced for you become your property. VR Digital retains the right to reference the work in our portfolio and case studies, with reasonable confidentiality controls.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information confidential and use it only for the purposes of the engagement.

Limitation of liability

VR Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

Retainers run month-to-month after an initial 90-day setup window, with 30 days written notice to terminate. Fees for work delivered up to the termination date remain payable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the city in which VR Digital is registered.
