Refund Policy

We want every VR Digital client to feel they are getting fair value. This policy explains when refunds apply.

Retainer services (SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Local SEO, Digital Marketing)

• Fees are billed monthly in advance.
• You may cancel with 30 days written notice. The notice-period fee remains payable.
• Once a month has started, retainer fees are non-refundable because team time, tools and media setup are already committed.
• If you believe we have failed to deliver against the agreed scope, raise it within 7 days of the month-end and we will work with you in good faith — including credits or partial refunds at our discretion.

Project services (Website Development, Graphic Design, Brand Identity)

• Project fees are billed per milestones defined in the proposal.
• Deposits are non-refundable once discovery work begins.
• Milestone fees become non-refundable once that milestone is delivered for review.

Media spend

Money paid directly to Google, Meta or any other ad platform is governed by that platform's refund policy. VR Digital does not refund spent media budgets.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — most concerns can be resolved within 5 business days.
